Lease of Land: Moruya Airport

⁠⁠⁠Council is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) from businesses and organisations interested in leasing and developing land for the construction of aircraft hangars and other business at Moruya Airport, Lots 2 to11, proposed subdivision of of Lot 5, DP1264836.

What to include in your EOI.
Submissions should include the following details:

• The legal name under which you make your EOI and the ABN;
• Name and contact details;
• Lot(s) required;
• Rental you are prepared to pay and lease term sought;
• The proposed use of the site, including details of proposed business, aviation, commercial or recreational activities;
• Proposed development of the site, quality of the intended development and any relevant experience;
• Estimated timeframe for commencement and completion of proposed development;
• ·Potential employment and industry benefits of your proposal.
