Council is seeking Tenders from suitably qualified and experienced suppliers for Design and Construct (D+C) Internal Fitout Contractors.
The works are located in Willoughby City Council Administration Building, 31 Victor St, Chatswood on Ground floor. The proposed refurbishment work is for the construction of the new Customer Service Centre (CSC) on the Ground floor.
The scope of works is to achieve provision of:
-New CSC front of house (FOH)
-New CSC back of house (BOH - staff office area)
-New amenities
-Upgrade to Lift and Office lobbies
-Upgrade to existing building services
A mandatory pre-tender meeting will be held at 31 Victor St, Chatswood (Ground floor), commencing at 11:00am on Tuesday 18 May 2021.
All prospective Tenderers are advised to attend the pre-tender meeting.
