Infrastructure, Decorative Elements Installation & Dismantle for 2021 Christmas Season

⁠⁠⁠Stretching from Palm Beach to Manly, the Northern Beaches boasts more than half of all the beaches in Sydney and a population of more than 266,000. The Council is committed to maintaining a high level of customer service to the local community.

Northern Beaches Council (Council) invites quotes for the provision, installation and dismantle of Christmas tree and decorative elements for Northern Beaches Christmas 2021.

Northern Beaches Council is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced operators to provide installation and dismantle of Christmas tree and decorative elements for Manly CBD for an initial period of one (1) year with the possibility of one (1) extension of one (1) year at Council's sole discretion.

Each year, Council celebrates Christmas with the installation of tree and decorative installations in certain locations throughout the Northern Beaches Local Government Area (LGA).

The successful respondent is to deliver a cohesive display of Christmas tree and decorative elements for Manly CBD. Decorations should reflect Manly's identity, whilst further, considering Council's adopted branding, colour palette, logo guidelines, font and illustration elements.

SERVICE REQUIRED
The scope of the services includes the supply, installation, maintenance and removal of all Christmas decorations in Manly CBD for Christmas 2021.
The Contract term will be for the lead up to and during the 2021 Christmas period (Installation to commence from Monday 1 November 2021, and the removal phase in early 2022 (all decorations are to be removed by 6 January 2022).
Full scope of decorative elements and or trees to be included and approved by Council prior to installation that should be reflective of Manly's identity

Any items infrastructure or otherwise the bidder chooses to include as added value.
