Expressions of Interest Sought From Not-for-Profits and Charities
Nambucca Valley Council is assisting the Nambucca District Rescue Squad Inc. in the wind-up of the local organisation and the distribution of its assets.
On behalf of the Nambucca District Rescue Squad Inc., Council is seeking expressions of interest from Nambucca Valley based Not-for-Profits and Charities for the use of their former property at 2 Railway Road, Nambucca Heads. The land contains a building with a floor area of 130m 2 which is in good condition and available for repurposing for use by another not-for-profit or charity.
Interested organisations are requested to lodge an expression of interest by email to council@nambucca.nsw.gov.au on or before 31 May 2021.
Expressions of interest should provide information about the organisation (history, incorporation details, membership base, financial resources etc) and its intended use of the property.
