Northland DHB Lift Maintenance Services

⁠⁠⁠Northland DHB currently operates 15 lifts across three sites, with the majority on the Whangarei Hospital campus. The lifts vary in age and drive type given the evolution of the sites over time. The sites operate 24/7 and as such the need for uptime of the lifts is significant. This RFP sets out the requirements and maintenance standards for the inspection, maintenance and monitoring of the owned and operated lift assets. Northland DHB is looking to award a Maintenance Service Agreement to a single supplier through this RFP process.

The lift services provided by the Supplier will comprise all operational, planned proactive and reactive (unplanned) activities to ensure that equipment performance, safety, statutory compliance and reliability is maintained at optimum levels.

PLEAE NOTE THAT AS PART OF THIS RFP PROCESS PROSPECTIVE RESPONDENTS MUST ATTEND SITE VISITS. THESE SITE VISITS WILL COMMENCE WEDENESDAY 19th May 2021. Please refer to the RFP section 3.2 for details.
