This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
ASIC seeks a suitably qualified and experienced Supplier to provide a Senior Scrum Master to uplift the maturity of Agile practices within the Regulatory Transformation Program for a period of 1x6 months with nil extension options.
ASIC is in the process of migrating the MECS Portal to the RT Platform as part of the RAMP Project. The RAMP project is currently being funded by the RT Enhancements budget. It is anticipated that the Scrum Master will be assisting with the CRM Online project, should it get approval from DGSC.
The Regulatory Transformation Program (RTP) will transform the ASIC business, including re-engineering of business workflows, introduce new ways of engaging with ASIC stakeholders and provide better data for improved decision making. From a technology perspective, the Program will:
•Migrate stakeholders to the new digital channel (Regulatory Portal)
•Implement new workflows on ASIC's next-generation Case and Workflow system
•Leverage new data and analytics capabilities to enable 360-dgree view of Case work, Organisations and Professionals
