The scope shall generally include but is not limited to:

• Supply of all materials (unless otherwise stated), plant, labour, site office, supervision an equipment required for the construction of the works;
• Site establishment, mobilisation and disestablishment;
• Potholing to confirm line and level of existing services (including Dial Before You Dig);
• Locating and protecting existing services;
• Site clearance, demolition, removal and reinstatement of existing structures including fences to facilitate the works as required;
• All excavation and backfilling for the execution of the works as per design;
• Seeding of a cover crop (grasses approved by the landholder) to the disturbed area (reprofiled bank, worksite and final spoil stockpiles) as necessary to reduce the likelihood of loss of topsoil in the short-term post works;
• Miscellaneous ancillary works;
• Restoration generally of the surfaces and any disturbed areas to a standard not less that existed on the site prior to construction of the works;
• All other work necessary to complete the contract in accordance with the detailed design drawings and referenced specifications;
• Supply of “As-Constructed” drawings, including set out and as constructed survey information.

The following items listed are excluded from the scope of works:

• Procurement and delivery of timber piles;
• Revegetation – supply and planting of tube stock
