EOI 2021 Heavy Duty Pressure Washing Services

⁠⁠⁠The Bloomfield Group is an Australian owned and operated group of private companies with interests in mining and engineering in the Hunter Valley, NSW.
The Group employs around 600 people and operates two open-cut mines; Bloomfield Colliery at East Maitland and Rix's Creek, 5km northwest of Singleton, NSW.
Coal from both sites is railed to Port Waratah Coal Services (PWCS), of which Bloomfield is a founding member and current shareholder. The company's engineering businesses include Four Mile Engineering at East Maitland, and Kings Engineering in Rutherford.
The Group also has equity positions in companies specialising in renewable energies, recycling and biofuel production.

SERVICES REQUIRED:
The Bloomfield Group invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from suitably qualified Contractor's for the provision of Contract Labour Services (Heavy Duty High Pressure Washing Services) at its Bloomfield and Rix's Creek Operations, on Mobile Plant Equipment both within the field and workshop areas, and Fixed Infrastructure (CHPP).
Services shall include for the Pressure Wash Cleaning of; Off Highway Trucks, Excavators, Dozers, Drills, Booms and Front End Loaders. In addition, pressure wash cleaning within general Workshop and Fixed Infrastructure (CHPP) areas will also be required.

Those expressing interest must be highly experienced in field work (Open Cut Operational & Fixed Infrastructure (CHPP) areas), and must be fully self-sufficient in the provision of the services in regards to electricity supply and water usage required for the Works.
The purpose of the EOI process is to select prospective tenderers as part of a two-stage procurement process, involving both open Expressions of Interest (EOI) to establish interested parties, followed by the issue of a restricted Invitation to Tender (ITT), to a short-listed group of respondents to this EOI.

Invitations to participate in the second stage (ITT) may be restricted to respondents who have submitted a response to the EOI and who are accepted by The Bloomfield Group to be placed on a shortlist.
The issue of this request for EOI does not commit or otherwise oblige The Bloomfield Group to proceed with any part or steps of the process.
