Tender Description
Tender will be received up until 2:00pm on 25 May 2021 for the following:
The purpose of this Request for Tender (RFT) is to seek responses from several suitably qualified Vendors to manage City of Newcastle's IT services including current desktop, notebook and tablet fleet as a managed desktop service arrangement and any other services as set out in the Service Specification.
Documents are available electronically.
Responsibility for lodgement by the deadline lies solely with the tenderer. Lodgement information is provided in the RFT document. Council is not bound to accept the lowest tender or any tender submitted.

A pre-tender meeting will be held at 2:00pm on Monday 17 May 2021. The meeting will be held online only, using Microsoft Teams. Any vendor wishing to attend must send an RSVP (no later than 1 day prior to the meeting) to jpalenzuela@ncc.nsw.gov.au Upon registering, vendors will be sent a link to access the meeting in Microsoft Teams.
