Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Cootamundra-Gundagai Regional Council (CGRC) is seeking suitably qualified contractors to complete the Sheridan St Main St Upgrade (Block 3) from Homer St 120m easterly towards Virgil Street on the northern side in Gundagai. Sheridan Street is a Local Street and part of the Central Business District (CBD).

The works have been compiled into five (5) construction packages. Respondents are invited to submit a quotation for one or all packages listed. There will be no further breakdown within each package.

1. Stormwater Drainage

2. Kerb and Gutter Construction

3. Footpath - Concrete Subgrade

4. Footpath Stone Paving

5. Road Pavement Construction

Council would expect that the project commence and be complete in June 2021
