Tender Description
The City of Subiaco holds a property portfolio to generate investment income.
A number of properties are under land and building leases and the City is seeking quotations from licensed and qualified real estate professionals to provide property and facilities management services over 6 existing properties subject to lease.
The City may, at its discretion, add or remove properties to the property management contract within the contract term.
