Expressions of Interest for a Grazing Licence

⁠⁠⁠Expressions of Interest are sought from qualified and experienced operators seeking an opportunity to graze approximately 88,000 hectares of pastoral leasehold land (Lot 67 and 80 on Plan 238320) located at Mertondale Station, Mertondale, WA.

Responses must include:
· Evidence supporting grazing and business experience;
· Concept of operations and how you intend on using and managing the land;
· Respondents are advised that the awarding of a Grazing Licence will be subject to the ability to meet Defence's security requirements.

Defence provides no warranty as to the suitability of the land for grazing purposes, nor will it take responsibility for water, fencing and infrastructure existing on the land.

Therefore, the successful licensee will be required to source their own water and, if necessary, fence where required. The site has numerous mining tenements and access by the tenement holders will be required from time to time.
