Internal refurbishment of ground floor offices, north end, at the i-site visitor information building, 1167 Fenton St. Rotorua for Rotorua Economic Development,. a Council Controlled Organisation owned by the Rotorua Lakes Council.
Work involves minor internal alterations including the relocation of the reception area, enlargement of the staff area, construction of internal meeting rooms, and associated work to all electrical/HVAC/data and associated services.
Tenderers are required to attend a mandatory site meeting at 11am on Monday 10th May.
