Supply of One (1) Mobile Site Crib Van

⁠⁠⁠Alexandrina Councils, Field Services division currently have Site Crib Vans used for onsite amenities for road construction and maintenance activities. The Site Crib Vans have been identified for replacement in the 2020-21 major plant replacement program.

The outcome from the review of the existing vans, Council supervisor and operators requested to have a Mobile Site Crib Van that have a built in kitchenette, office space or room to cater teams up to 4 workers and is fitted with 1 toilet not to exceed current South Australian Road Traffic Act and Regulations that is available in the marketplace.

The Mobile Site Crib Van called for in this specification is for a suitable sized van for 4 workers to use as onsite amenities and shall be designed fit for purpose, incorporating the latest technology, components and design.

The dealer shall make a mutually convenient opportunity for the inspection, by the Council’s representative, of Respondents facilities on request.

The Dealer shall detail all standard equipment to be supplied with the unit and shall clearly specify any instructions available, to Councils staff, safety officer and maintenance personnel, in the way of service schools, individual operator instruction etc.

The Dealers shall submit a list, together with prices, of any optional equipment for the unit not otherwise covered by the specification.

The Dealers shall submit a list of all relevant safety features associated with the Mobile Site Crib Van, body and associated equipment.
