Expressions of Interest - Purchase of Freehold Land - Gilbert Street, Tumbarumba

⁠⁠⁠Lot 9 Section 16 DP759003 & Lot 82 DP630704.
Council is pleased to invite Expressions of Interest for purchase of two blocks of freehold land on Gilbert Street, Tumbarumba. The two land parcels are identified as Lot 9 Section 16 in DP759003 and Lot 82 in DP630704.
A successful Expression of Interest for these two lots will encompass the following:
# Purchase of the land for private use only;
# Understanding of easements that exist over the blocks;

Expressions of Interest are to be lodged through online or in the Tender Box at the Tumbarumba Office - Snowy Valleys Council, Bridge Street, Tumbarumba by 5pm on Friday 4th June 2021.
