This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
During the remainder of this financial year, the project proposes to complete Stage One to add a limited number of data elements and improve data management and reporting functionality on species listing assessments in SPRAT to enable effective tracking and reporting on species listing assessments.
The request seeks to engage an experienced seller who has the capability to:
• Develop a Solution Architecture.
• Design and build a business and technical solution.
• Complete design and as-built documentation.
• Make specified changes to the existing SPRAT production system.
During next financial year (2021/22 FY) the project proposes to complete Stage Two to further enhance the data capture and data management and reporting functionality in SPRAT for species listing assessments, ecological community listing assessments and recovery plans.
The request seeks responses from sellers outlining how they would deliver on the above requirements noting that the contract will initially be for the delivery of the Stage One scope. The contract will include an extension clause, which the department may invoke to complete the Stage Two scope of work during the 2021/22 FY.
