Tender Description
Arcadis Australia Pacific Pty Ltd invites tenders from suitably qualified contractors for trunk sewer works along the SkyRidge development frontage on Hinkler Drive, Worongary. The works involve:
- Construction of 131m of 150mm diameter sewer main, 309m of 225mm diameter sewer main, including connections to existing trunk manhole;
- Decommissioning of an existing sewer pump station and 640m of redundant sewer main;
- Coordination with Gold Coast Water and Waste, and on-site subdivision Civil Contractor.
- Coordination with existing service providers (APA and Telstra) for constructing works adjacent to existing services.
All work must be carried out in accordance with all relevant Building, Construction and Workplace Health and Safety Regulations, as well as; CoGC – City Plan, SC6.9 – Land development guidelines & Standard Specifications and Drawings, and SEQ Water Supply & Sewerage Design & Construction Code and Standard Drawings.
