Tender Description
The works are to design, supply & install 2no. White UPI jail conveyors with air cylinder hold down devices (1 x UPI-ND529L4U4 & 1 x UPI-ND462L4U2);
The conveyor system shall be designed to provide locker bag storage for approximately 2793no. prisoner bags, using 2no. retrieval doors (by others);
The Subcontractor shall provide the following as part of the conveyor system:
(a) 2no. Manual Loading Stations with user alert alarm feature;
(b) 4no. Heavy Duty 2HP Twin CAT Inverter Drives;
(c) 1 no. System Computer with proprietary UPI controller software to interface with prisoner inventory tracking system to allow batch retrieval processing optimizing the shortest retrieval sequence;
