Builders - Educational Facilities for the Yallingup Steiner School

Builders are invited to register their interest in being placed on a tender list for the construction of Educational facilities for the Yallingup Steiner School, Lot 40 Caves Rd Yallingup.

The project involves the construction of two classrooms, a store and connecting verandahs including associated site works and services.

The buildings are single storey, concrete slab and part masonry & timber framing with vaulted trussed rooves with metal sheeting. The buildings are to be constructed to BAL 19.5 Level.

Prospective tenderers are to provide details of recent projects together with references and trade details.
