Expressions of Interest for Lease of Building: 45 Princes Highway, Narooma

⁠⁠⁠Council is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) from businesses and organisations interested in leasing part Lot 7011, DP 1055108, 45 Princes Highway Narooma (the former Visitor Centre).

Submissions of EOI should include the following details:

• the legal name under which you make your EOI, and ABN. A brief background of your business/organisation; include your structure, incorporation and governance arrangements
• rental you are prepared to pay
• lease term sought - maximum of 21 years
• the proposed use of the site
• information about your business/organisation to allow an assessment of your ability to be a good tenant, including the payment of rent and ability to comply with lease terms
• potential employment, social and industry benefits of your proposal
• your commitment to maintain the museum and be part of the visitor information hub program.
• The building is situated on a Crown reserve. Council oversees the reserve as Crown Land Manager. The use of the building needs to fit within the reserve purpose.

The preferred method of submission of EOI is via email, in a single pdf file (maximum pdf file size is 9 MB).
