Tender Description
The Corporation of the Town of Walkerville (Council) is the registered proprietor of the public park known as Hamilton Reserve located in Vale Park. While currently only open space, Council wishes to install a nature play area, bike and walking paths, park furniture as well as revegetating some areas in order to increase the community’s engagement with the land.
Council therefore invites tenders from Tenderers for the provision of landscaping and construction work services for the proposed public park upgrade.
Initial engineering, landscaping and civil work concept designs have been previously undertaken by LCS Landscapes. Those documents are provided as part of this Tender to assist Tenders with their submissions and quoting.
