Tweed Shire will upgrade three (3) of its neighbourhood parks, including the installation of new play equipment. For the purpose of this tender document the projects have been identified as Project 1, Project 2 and Project 3.

The neighbourhood parks and playspaces are centrally located in the three different suburbs of the Tweed
Shire and all mostly frequented by local residents.

The projects include:
1. Banora Point Community Centre Park located on Leisure Dve, Banora Point
2. Clarrie Englert Park located on Gollan Dve, Tweed Heads West
3. Coral Street Park located on Terranora Dve, Bilambil Heights
