• Part 3 – Respondent Submission Form
• Part 4 – Draft Contract for Houses and Residential Land

Site inspections are held by appointment only by contacting the following contact person/s:

Tenders must be submitted by either email to procurement@chrc.qld.gov.au or hand-delivered to the physical tender boxes at council’s customer service centres.

Tenders for the below properties will open 8.00 am 27 April 2021 and must be submitted before 8.00 am 27 May 2021.
