Office Furniture – Canberra

⁠⁠⁠The US Embassy Canberra has a requirement for Office Furniture, vendors are required to have the facility to manufacture and install the Office furniture located in Canberra, ACT. All labor & installation cost will be incorporated in the total cost of the office furniture.

Enclosed is a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for Office Furniture, If you would like to submit a quotation, complete the blocks 17a, 23, 24, 30a and 30b of the attached SF1449 document, and submit it to the address shown on block 16 of the Standard Form 1449 that follows this letter.

The U.S. Government intends to award a contract to the responsible company submitting an acceptable quotation at the lowest price. We intend to award a contract/purchase order based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so.

All prospective offerors are encouraged to register in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database: https://www.sam.gov prior to contract award pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7.
