This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
With the introduction of recent enablement of Electronic Prescribing, the ADHA and Experience & Service Design team require user research services which will deliver a better understanding of its impact on Pharmacist’s workflows. The project seeks a usability evaluation and contextual enquiry to deliver findings and data to drive future enhancements for consumers and clinicians and inform future priorities
