Tender Description
This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
As the Manager of the Business Intelligence, you will be responsible for leading and managing a multidisciplinary, expert data analysis team to create products that integrate data from a range of sources to deliver insights for the Agency. This will in turn support clients to realise value from data through data wrangling and complex analysis.
You will assist the Senior Manager, Fisheries Services, to deliver strategic engagement in data analytics and data analysis to the Fisheries Management Branch. You will provide timely and sound advice on new and emerging issues to the AFMA Executive, senior managers and managers in the Fisheries Management Branch.
You will also provide high level leadership and operational direction to a small team to deliver strategic outcomes for the Agency that support the delivery of legislative, regulatory and policy outcomes for Commonwealth Fisheries management. You will be required to use your communication and negotiation skills to drive change in data usage for AFMA.
