Tender Description
Logan City Council is seeking to award contract/s with Primary and Secondary Contractor/s to supply and deliver precast concrete and pipe products across the city of Logan.
This contract will be made under two (2) separable portions:
Separable Portion 1: Supply and delivery of concrete pipe of various lengths and diameters
Separable Portion 2: Supply and delivery of other precast concrete products and associated accessories
Tenderers will need to nominate for what allocation they would like to be considered for i.e. Primary or Secondary Contractor for Council to assess. Secondary Contractor/s will be awarded under a preferred supplier arrangement for additional servicing across the city.
Tenderers can submit a response for one (1) or all separable portions listed. All separable portions will be evaluated individually

The final date for accepting questions regarding this tender via Online Forum, is 4:00pm Friday, 14 May 2021. Any questions after this date will not receive a response.
ONLINE TENDER BRIEFING SESSION:
An online tender briefing session will be held for prospective tenderers on Tuesday, 11 May 2021, via MS Teams commencing at 1.30pm.
Attendance at the online tender briefing session is not mandatory, however recommended to assist tenderers in understanding how to complete their submissions.
Tenderers are encouraged to send through questions via the e-tender Online Forum they would like answered during the briefing session, prior to 12pm, Friday, 7 May 2021. Council will endeavour to provide answers to all questions during the session.
Prospective tenderers are to contact (email: tendering@logan.qld.gov.au) by 12pm, Friday, 7 May 2021 advising the names of those proposing to attend the online tender briefing session. Once registered, a link will be provided to join the session.
The online tender briefing session is expected to conclude within one (1) hour.
