Tender Description
The Department for Infrastructure and Transport (the Department) invites suitably experienced organisations to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) to deliver the following projects:
- Contract No. 21C006 Beachport Jetty – Stimulus Project; and
- Contract No. 21C007 Kingscote Main Jetty – Stimulus Project.
This EOI is the first phase of a two-phase procurement process to shortlist one tenderer for each site who will enter the Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) stage for each Contract.
The Beachport Jetty and the Kingscote Main Jetty are both owned and maintained by the State. The purpose for this project is to carry out maintenance works necessary on the Beachport Jetty and the Kingscote Main Jetty to reinstate the assets to provide a 30-year design life, in accordance with the priority list of works in the Design Reports for each site.
