Tender Description
Byron Shire Council wishes to appoint a panel of contractors to supply goods and/or services in accordance with the Conditions of Standing Offer detailed in Part A5 of this request for tender. Byron Shire Council invites suitably qualified companies to submit a tender for the supply of quarry products.
The initial contract term is two (2) years subject to satisfactory performance by the successful Tenderers, which will be determined by Byron Shire Council. There will be two (2) contract extension options of one (1) years each. The decision to offer a contract extension will be at Council’s sole discretion.
