Barossa Gas Export Pipeline EPCI (Allseas) - Flooding, Gauging, Cleaning, and Testing Services

Allseas requires CONTRACTORs with the capability to supply the following for subsea pipeline flood, gauging,
cleaning and testing works:

• Project management, engineering and planning of all works;
• Flooding, Cleaning and Gauging of COMPANY installed pipeline in accordance with specifications and datasheets;
• Hydrostatic Testing of COMPANY installed pipeline in accordance with specifications and datasheets;
• Dewatering of COMPANY installed pipeline in accordance with specifications and datasheets;
• Conditioning of COMPANY installed pipeline in accordance with specifications and datasheets;
• PLET ball valve leak test as part of PLR removal in accordance with specifications and datasheets;
• Provision of a flooding spread on a call off basis to cater for a wet buckle scenario during installation of the pipeline;
• Provision of a dewatering spread on a call off basis to cater for a wet buckle scenario during installation of the pipeline;
• Supply of chemicals including (but not limited to) MEG, seawater chemical treatment, dyes for subsea lead detection and fresh water.

CONTRACTORs must have the capability to provide Quality assurance and Control including:

• CONTRACTOR shall be a NATA endorsed body;
• Full traceability of all materials, consumables and associated manufacturing equipment;
• Be able to meet the requirements set out in DNVGL-RP-F115 and DNVGL-OS-F101 (2017).
