Items are sold on “as is – where is”, “Best return” basis and must be paid for by 5 Working Days

Terms & Conditions

All persons submitting an expression of interest are required to fill out this EOI form with details of their offer. Tenders can be submitted in writing at the Pickles Auctions Branch, via email or via fax. The successful applicant only, will be advised within two (2) working days. All OH&S rules must be adhered to at all times. All visits to the site must be by appointment only – please observe social distancing at all times. Enclosed footwear and hi-his is required while attending the site.

Removal

All items must be removed within the arranged timeframe. Buyer & Transport Operators must comply with all OH&S regulations & induction processes before entering site and must provide their paid in full invoice and any licences/JSA’s needed. Buyer must ensure surroundings are left in good order when purchased items are removed.

Health and Safety

The Auctioneer and the Vendor have warned prospective Buyers, in relation to plant and equipment, that no plant or equipment offered for sale is fit for use in any workplace and it is the Buyer's or User's responsibility to ensure that the plant is brought to a safety standard necessary to comply with any Act or Regulation before use.
