Tender Description
The Department of Human Services, Disability Services division require a supplier for the provision of linen items and laundry services to the Northgate supported residential facility which houses approximately 30 high dependency residents. The Kurlana Tapa Youth Justice Centre also requires linen and laundry services for the Goldsborough Road campus. The Jonal Drive campus is currently closed, however the site representative may negotiate with the supplier on requirements for the campus upon request. A single supplier will be contracted to provide linen and laundry services to satisfy the requirements of both Disability Services and Kurlana Tapa. The Department of Human Services is seeking a quote based on the services outlined in the Specifications, included as Appendix 3.
In addition to quality and value for money, this contract has been identified as an opportunity to deliver social outcomes and minimize environmental impact through the use of sustainable practices.
