Infrastructure Building and Construction

The Department of Transport and Main Roads is establishing a new whole of Government Standing Offer Arrangement called the Infrastructure and Building Construction Panel (IBCP), which will replace the current Engineering Consultancy Scheme (ECS).

The panel seeks to make it easier for suppliers to do business with government and increase engagement opportunities. The TMR categories within IBCP will be aligned to utilise the same category names as described in the Manual for Consultants for Engineering Projects (CFEP), Contract Administration and Environment and Cultural Heritage categories, and there will be additional Project Management categories.

TMR is now seeking IBCP applications from the following prequalified suppliers:
• Tranche 3: Invitation for Environmental and Cultural Heritage categories.

Applications from suppliers who have missed out in previous tranches listed below will be accepted in this tender.
1. Tranche 1: Invitation of Manual for Consultants for Engineering Projects categories (CFEP),
2. Tranche 2: Invitation of Contract Administration and
3. Tranche 4: Project Management categories.

Note:

1. Suppliers who have not submitted applications to join a prequalification list will be allowed to apply for one or more categories in the above tranches.
2. Prequalification documentation for CA/PM/Enviro has also been included in this tender and are to be submitted through to infrastructureproc@tmr.qld.gov.au.
3. The existing Engineering Consultant Scheme will continue to operate until mid-2021.
