Council is seeking Tenders from suitably qualified and experienced proponents to operate the community tennis and multi-sports facilities at

The Willis Recreation and Sports Centre, East Chastwood and Cleland Park Tennis Courts, Artarmon as well as receiving a revenue return for the courts.

The purpose of this contract is to activate both Sites to become vibrant places delivering high quality, cost effective tennis and multi sports services that meet community needs at an affordable price.

Tender Documents which contain essential information and submission schedules may be obtained from (see option below) free of charge.

An optional pre-tender meeting will be held on Thursday, 29 April 2021
* 9.30am -10.15am Cleland Park Tennis Courts and
* 10.45am -11.30am The Willis Recreation and Sports Centre

Tenders are to be submitted online at: (see option below) - OR - within a sealed envelope endorsed:
"The Chief Executive Officer Tender for the Management of Willis Recreation and Sports Centre, East Chatswood and Cleland Park Tennis Courts, Artarmon"
and shall be placed in the Tender Box located on Level 4, 31 Victor Street, Chatswood so as to be received in full prior to: 11am Wednesday 19 May 2021.

Tenders received after the closing time will not be considered.
