Tender Description
The Australian AgriFood Data Exchange (OzAg DX) is seeking an Independent Chairperson to oversee the governance and function of its Steering Committee and project commencing in June 2021.
Leading organisations within Australia’s AgriFood industry have committed to fund and participate in the development of a detailed business case for the OzAg DX project over the next 20 months. There is strong support for the project from investing partners and a Steering Committee is being assembled to govern the project. We are looking for a suitably qualified and experienced independent chairperson to oversee the Steering Committee through to the completed financial business case.
The Independent Chairperson will initially be engaged by Meat & Livestock Australia. This engagement may be novated to another industry organisation as deemed appropriate by the Steering Committee as the initiative is developed and its cross sectoral location confirmed.
