Tender Description
Supply and install engineered cyclone screens to all windows and sliding doors, for 41 houses in Karratha including:
- 10 x four bedroom
- 3 x five bedroom and
- 28 x three bedroom dwellings
The screens must be engineered for region "D" Western Australia Karratha coastal. Impact rating of 36m/s minimum higher impact rating is preferred. Must comply to (or exceed) AS/NZS1170.2, Section 2.5.7 & 5.3.2
Each property must be individually assessed and measured by the supplier of the screens, no third party measuring will be allowed. Supplier of the screens will take full responsibility for any re-measure or rectifications due to incorrect measurement.
Suppliers may express interest and (if successful in the EOI) subsequently tender for part of all of the scope:
- Supply only
- Supply and installation
- Installation only
