This Tender is invited by the Issuer.

DPS is looking for a proactive, independent, ICT Asset Management (ITAM) Specialist to work within our ICT Asset Management team. As part of this engagement, you will provide Industry experience and expertise to optimise our ICT Asset Management Services through audit of ICT Assets in a multi-database environment to provide a multi-matrixed dataset; revised asset management processes and recommendations around the future life-cycle management of these assets.
In this role you will work collaboratively with and be provided direction from other ICT Asset Management team members; ICT Asset Business Owners and the DPS Financial Accounting Team. DPS ICT Assets are currently recorded within two discreet database management systems: SAP and ServiceNow (SNOW). The datasets are acknowledged to be incomplete and lacking in correlation; especially where parent-child relationships or grouped assets should be distinguishable.

Primary deliverables include:
• audit/identify all known ICT assets.
• provide a singular mapped dataset correlating assets contained within SAP and SNOW and highlight anomalies or omissions between both systems.
• asset mapping is to detail parent-child relationships and identify logical grouped asset classes.
• audit is to reassess useful life and detail end-of-life replacement strategies, including disposal.
Final report is to additionally detail:
Recommended business procedure/s for the ongoing maintenance/management of ICT Assets, so that accuracy between SAP and SNOW is maintainable post engagement; &
• Recommended asset life-cycle considerations; providing a mapped ‘replacement’ timeline of all ICT assets, as aligned to forward Financial Years.
Final report is to additionally detail:
• Recommended business procedure/s for the ongoing maintenance/management of ICT Assets, so that accuracy between SAP and SNOW is maintainable post engagement; &
• Recommended asset life-cycle considerations; providing a mapped ‘replacement’ timeline of all ICT assets, as aligned to forward Financial Years.
