Provision of Tourism Marketing Representation Services in Singapore for a Period of 24 Months

⁠⁠⁠The Department of Industry, Tourism and Trade is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified Contractor to provide scalable Tourism Marketing Representation Services for Australia's Northern Territory in Singapore. Services to include:

a) Account Management;

b) Marketing Services; and

c) Press Office Services.

Due to uncertainty around the COVID-19 impacted operating environment it is proposed to have two (2) Stages of Services as part of the Contract:

· Stage 1 – Partial Service, to provide a maintenance level of presence in the market; and

· Stage 2 – Full Service, effective based on a range of indicators relating to the likely return of International leisure travel to the Northern Territory including the lifting of Travel Restrictions and reasonable Aviation access to the Northern Territory.
