Tender Description
This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
• Project Manager to work with relevant business areas, University stakeholders and Information Technology Services (ITS) Division, and any implementation partner and other third party providers as required, to deliver all Project Management services for the Class Allocation Project.
• Undertake all project management services to a professional standard and in accordance with relevant policies, standards, procedures, and within agreed schedule, scope and budget.
• Coordinate and manage internal resources, third parties, and vendors required for project delivery.
• Build positive partnerships with sponsors, business representatives and all project stakeholders and ensure that project activities, risks and issues and status information is communicated effectively.
• Operate with a ‘hands on’ approach to undertake all required project management activities and deliver quality outcomes.
• Communicate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders in a complex organisational environment.
