RFT 1 2021 - Provision of Tree Pruning, Stump Grinding and Tree Removal within the Streets and Amenity Areas of the City of South Perth
Background
The Client invites suitably qualified and experienced contractors to submit tenders for the pruning, stump grinding and removal of trees within the streets and amenity areas of the Client. The Client prides itself on the quality of the services it provides to its community, the assigned contractor will be required to assist in the consistent delivery of that service.
The City
The City of South Perth is a medium sized metropolitan local government authority in the inner southern suburbs of the Western Australian capital city of Perth. Situated across the Swan River about 4 kilometres south of Perth CBD, the City is nearly 20 square kilometres and covers the suburbs of South Perth, Kensington, Como, Manning, Karawara, Waterford and Salter Point. The district is primarily residential, however important local industries include professional offices, educational institutions, tourism and golf courses.

The Organisation
The City's Civic Centre is located on the corner of Sandgate Street and South Terrace, South Perth. The City also operates from other locations including its Operations Centre at 199 Thelma Street, Como.
