The Agency requires service design support for an innovation initiative it is establishing. This initiative will involve procuring innovative digital health solutions from organisations in Australia (including private sector organisations and NGOs) that will assist in the government’s COVID-19 response and vaccine rollout. The required support will include developing a microsite to communicate about the initiative and helping to refine the approaches to market through which these procurements will be effected.
