Vehicle Recalls Website Development

⁠⁠⁠The Department is seeking to engage a digital agency to enable development and delivery of a new public-facing website/Minimal Viable Product (MVP) by 1 July 2021 using existing and approved technologies and platforms (e.g. GovCMS SaaS for public-facing, informational websites).
Post launch, the website enhancements will continue.

The vendor will be responsible for:
• Project Planning and Management
• Discovery - host project context workshops and document requirements
• Responsive website design UX/UI
• Website build and development, development of functionality based on what is currently offered, in addition to any new functionality as determined by the Business.
• Support the integration of an internally developed API,
• Content writing (Minimum, input and support from the business) and publishing (standard content, provided by the department)
• Post launch support (up to one month) and appropriate support documentation (to enable ongoing management of the site)
• The vendor will be responsible to address any rectification work resulting from any third party testing e.g. accessibility testing (engaged by the department under a separate procurement)
• Functional testing to inform design/development decisions and support of user testing activities (as agreed by the business)
