ABOUT THE COUNCIL: The City of Parramatta Council is located 24 kilometres west of the Sydney CBD and provides a range of goods and services within a local government area (LGA) encompassing some 82 square kilometres and comprises a population of approximately 230,000 people from a range of diverse cultures, lifestyles and experiences
ABOUT THE TENDER: Tenders are invited from experienced building contractors for internal refurbishment work at Epping Library and Leisure & Learning Centre, Chambers Court Epping.
The project generally includes but is not limited to;
a) Preliminaries and site establishment.
b) Footing excavation for a new facade wall, concrete slab, and glazed extension
c) Internal demolitions and surface preparing for new works.
d) Toilets refurbishment.
e) Mechanical, Electrical and Hydraulic modification works.
f) Supply and installation of acoustic operable walls.
g) Provisional works for fire safety measures, furniture and fit out as well as building access control.
h) Provision of As-Built Drawings and certification of works in compliance with design drawings and relevant standards.
A final decision will be made regarding this Tender early-July 2021, with works anticipated to commence July 2021. The Tender price is for a fixed lump sum.
A non-mandatory pre-tender meeting is proposed on Wednesday 21st April 2021, between 10:30am and 11:30am at Epping Branch Library, Chambers Court, Epping.
