Tender Description
Contract HCNS119914 for the supply of Pharmaceutical Products to Western Australian Public Health Care Units (WAPHCUs) was awarded in December 2016 to meet the requirements of the WA health system.
To meet the pharmaceutical requirements of users outside of the WA health system, the Department of Finance has also established a Common Use Arrangement (CUA) (CUAPHA2016) under the same terms and conditions as HCNS119914. This enables other appropriately licensed Government agencies and Approved CUA Users to purchase pharmaceutical products under a contractual framework.
This Request is the third Refresh for Contracts HCNS119914 and CUAPHA2016. The purpose of this Refresh is to seek Offers for products to supplement the existing Contracts and to refresh categories where there have been material changes in the business requirements and market environments for pharmaceutical products since the current contract commenced in December 2016. The Refresh is in line with the Ad-hoc Refresh process, detailed within Appendix 1 of the Request.
