Tender Description
The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the design and construction of 2 no. new covered outdoor learning areas at Windaroo State School located at 300 Mount Warren Park Boulevard, Mount Warren Park QLD 4207 as part of the School Infrascture Enhancment (SIE) program.
The scope comprises the construction 2 no. covered Outdoor Learning Areas. All works are to be completed by 30 June 2021.
Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:
Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works
Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $ 1,000,000.00
