Tender Description

The Old Coach Road Upgrade Stage 2 / Bermuda Street Extension (the Project) extends from the recently completed Old Coach Road Upgrade Stage 1 project at Reedy Creek to Tallebudgera Creek Road. The project will also provide a new road link/connection to TMR M1 Burleigh Interchange.

The Project is intended to support the ‘triple bottom line’ contained in Corporate Plan - Gold Coast 2022, and the key actions contained in Gold Coast City Transport Strategy 2031.

The objective of the Project is to solve an increasing severity of problems relating to traffic congestion, road network deficiency and safety in the area.

The Client wishes to appoint a suitably experienced, qualified and resourced Consultant who is specialising in the delivery of major transport and road infrastructure projects.

The Consultant must be prequalified to TMR Consultants for Engineering Projects for the following levels:
