CDU issues this Request for Information (RFI), to conduct market research into contemporary capabilities in the management of online examinations invigilation as part of the final assessment for a Higher Education unit that is scheduled in a centralised exam period.

At the heart of the University's strategic plan is the aim to provide "transformative skills and learning"1 "through an accessible and high-quality learning experience for all our students and to create an organisational culture that places the quality of the learning experience at the forefront of everything we do". To support this objective, it is essential for the University to implement a common coherent approach across all Colleges such that stakeholders can conduct invigilated online exams in an automated application that is targeted to the student experience, whilst providing the necessary flexibility for online exam design and delivery.

With ongoing improvements in technology, CDU is looking to employ a state of the art approach across all its VET and Higher Education offerings. The opportunity exists for vendors to provide a response to the University's expectations and to show how their product can contribute to CDU's realisation of benefits
