Tender Description
The Northern Territory Government is providing a new and exciting opportunity for a commercial enterprise to establish a tourism product at the Window on the Wetlands Visitor Centre (WOW). This Expression of Interest opportunity is being called for and managed by the Department of Environment, Parks and Water Security and would suit an operator looking to broaden their commercial operations at a key tourism site. Proposals should address the private management of the whole of the WOW site, including servicing of the building and undertaking ground maintenance. The successful Proponent may wish to:
· Utilise existing infrastructure for a new commercial enterprise.
· Develop new and unique tourism or ecotourism ventures and experiences.
· Offer new cultural tourism or conservation experiences.
· Provide opportunities for Aboriginal employment or contracting of Aboriginal owned enterprises.
· Enhance the tourism and recreation experiences.
· Offer food and beverage services such as café or restaurant.
