Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Port Arthur Historic Site Management Authority invites tenders from suitably qualified and experienced civil contractors to undertake the asphalt sealing and line marking of Level 1 of the Port Arthur visitor carpark

The successful contractor will:

Supply traffic control
Construct mill chases at each end of the section for flush finish with new surface
Complete tack coat surface with emulsion
Supply and lay asphalt correction ( as needed)
Supply, lay and compact 35mm thickness asphalt overlay (total 1509m2)
Reinstate all line marking to formalise car park layout
Reinstate bollards in current configuration

The anticipated contract commencement date is late April 2021.
