Tender Description
Broken Hill City Council (Council) has budgeted funds in the 2020/21 FY to undertake pavement reconstruction works at Comstock Street and Piper Street intersection. With reconstruction of Comstock Street and Hebbard Street intersection also required (subject to funding). Council requires a suitability qualified/competent contractor to undertake all required works to as shown on the design drawings.
The contractor shall provide all the plant, labour and material required to complete the works in accordance with the specification and the drawings, including all WHS (works in accordance with COVID-19 Safe Plan), Quality and verification requirements.
Overall Scope of Work:
• Preliminaries (including mobilisation to site, Traffic Management, WHS and Quality requirements)
• Demolition works
• Concrete works including kerbing, spoon drains and footpath additions
• Pavement Reconstruction including granular pavement layers and asphalt surfacing
• Street signage and line marking
Note:
Supplier to Quote for individual projects as separable items.
As well as Supplier to Quote the Item -1 -Preliminary items taking into consideration for successful in either individual separable project or combine projects.
There would be some deduction in Preliminary items if both projects are delivered on same occasion.
